When the mining quadricycle works normally, the water temperature and oil temperature of the engine should not exceed 95℃, and the oil temperature of the gearbox should not exceed 110℃.

 

4. When the temperature is below 0℃, the cooling water in the water tank water chamber, engine, oil cooler and torque converter oil cooler will be released after the shutdown of the mining quadricycle, so as not to freeze and crack the body; The air storage cylinder should always drain water to prevent ice and brake failure.

 

5. If the four-wheeler is not used for more than half a month, the engine must be started once every 15 days and run for a period of time to charge the battery; If the shutdown time is more than a month, please remove the battery and use the charger to charge, and to move the mine four-wheeler properly, change the pressure part of the tire, prevent tire deformation; The vehicle should be parked for more than two months and the negative electrode of the battery should be disconnected or removed.

 

6. Diesel engine fuel should be -10# light diesel in winter, and -35# light diesel in cold areas. The engine oil of diesel engine should be CF grade.

 

7. When the temperature is below 0℃, the concentration of antifreeze should be checked regularly, and it is forbidden to use untreated water as the engine coolant.
